Who is responsible

The data controller is NovaCoding, based in Apulia, Italy. NovaCoding is an independent studio, not a registered company, and it does not have an Italian VAT number (P.IVA). For privacy requests: novacodingg@gmail.com.

What this site does

novacoding.vercel.app (and any custom domain pointed at it) publishes project case studies, a blog, and links to public source code. There are no user accounts, no comments, no newsletter form, and no payment flow.

Data processed to serve the pages

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may process technical data that is necessary to deliver the pages: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser user-agent. That processing is for security, debugging, and keeping the service online. NovaCoding does not sell this data and does not use it to build advertising profiles.

The B.E.A.C.O.N case study can request a small public slice of NASA/JPL Close Approach Data from the server. That request goes to JPL; it does not include a form you fill in. Opening the BEACON live instance, GitHub, npm, or other outbound links takes you to those operators’ sites, under their own policies.

The NovaCheck demo on this site runs in your browser. It does not upload your code.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies for analytics, advertising, or social tracking. There is no cookie banner because there are no optional cookies to accept or refuse.

Your browser may still store technical data that it needs to work (for example a TLS session). The host may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to operate the CDN and protect the deployment. Those are not used to recognise you across other websites.

If analytics or a third-party embed is added later, this page will be updated and, where the law requires it, consent will be asked before non-essential cookies are set.

How long data is kept

Server logs are kept only as long as the host retains them for operations and abuse prevention. NovaCoding does not keep a separate marketing database of visitors.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data that concerns you, and you can object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). Write to novacodingg@gmail.com first; there is little visitor data here beyond hosting logs.

Changes

If the site starts collecting more data, this notice will change. The date at the top is the current version.
